Plan Events for 50 Guests in a Private Dining Hall only at Mansion 7
Alongside our two private dining rooms, we also offer a semi-private area that can be combined with the rooms to create a versatile space ideal for corporate functions, or social gatherings that call for both intimacy and space.
Minimum Spend: Food & Drinks Inclusive
- Bookout: Max 50 pax
- Lunch: $6000++
- Dinner: $8500++
- Weekday and weekend rates are the same.
- Weekend lunch starts at 11:30am.
- CNY Set Menu available from 1 February - 3 March lunch/dinner $2000/room (net).
- Requires a $200 deposit per table. All prices are in Singapore dollars and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing goods and services tax.
- Please inform us if you have any food allergies or special dietary restrictions.
Terms & Conditions
- Deposit: $200 per table. Confirmation link sent via phone.
- Cancellations: 7 days’ notice required. Deposit forfeited if late. Rescheduling allowed with 7 days’ notice.
- Minimum Spend: If unmet, balance charged as venue fee (wine purchases count).

- Reductions fine if minimum spend met (please give 24 hrs’ notice).
- Increases may shift to semi-private space, subject to availability.

Dietary Needs:
- Not halal/gluten-free certified; meals sourced from certified partners.
- Facilities: Private rooms include TV with laptop connectivity. Additional equipment available on request.

- $20++/btl for red/white wines
